Client: Candelie uses its imagination to create unique bridal bouquets in addition to turning memories that are precious into handmade candles.

The Problem: The intense nostalgia behind each candle was not represented by their boutique style. The branding seemed generic, more like a commercial than a sentimental memory. Instead of just developing a look, we had to create an experience.

The Change: We redesigned the brand with “passion red” as its primary color, which is bold, classic, and personal, and contrasted with black and white. Each design decision was deliberate and evoked romanticism, familiarity, and a lasting memory of a significant moment.

Consumers now invested in stories rather than just candles. Deeper talks on memories, love, and what it means to hold onto something forever were sparked by the new branding, in addition to conversations about scent and visuals.

TCHAT Program at Texas Tech University

Talking about mental health can be difficult at times, especially for families who are navigating it for the first time. Reaching out seemed scary to many because of cultural stigma or a lack of understanding. Assuring families that they were not alone, and that support was available was the goal of the bilingual material that was produced.

I concentrated on producing content that felt friendly and genuine. Each word was important. The idea was to eliminate barriers, both linguistic and emotional. It was always about giving families the confidence to take the initial step toward mental health care, whether that meant explaining complicated concepts or making resources feel reachable.

The result:
We provided families with sensitive, bilingual messaging that made them feel heard and supported. The stigma associated with mental health started to decrease as more parents reached out and more kids and teenagers related to services. It became a reminder of the power of words in building trust and understanding.

Social Media

Social awareness initiatives, technological companies, and rental properties.
Customers wanted copy that connected, not just material. Tech businesses needed to simplify difficult products, apartments needed to make tenants feel at home, and awareness campaigns needed to motivate people to take action.

I created text that spoke to people’s feelings. I highlighted the sense of “home,” elevating rental properties over simple places to live.
I reduced complicated terms for businesses in IT, giving their products a more accessible and meaningful vibe.
I created content for awareness campaigns that inspired change rather than just offering information.
The outcome? stronger connections, deeper interactions, and information that inspired action.

B2B marketing copywriting with a focus on professional education and outreach

Continuing Medical Education (CME) outreach for healthcare professionals.

The challenge was to engage medical professionals with the CME Grand Rounds, making them accessible and appealing to those who needed to earn credits to keep their certifications up to date. Integrated marketing initiatives in both print and digital media, emphasizing the program’s easy access, relevance, and simplicity for busy medical professionals.

As a result of the promotional efforts, more healthcare professionals participated, taking advantage of the flexibility of the CME courses to maintain their certifications.

Nonprofit and fundraising copywriting

I’m particularly proud of a campaign I ran for kids with special needs. I produced a number of videos that truthfully and emotionally narrated their lives. The goal of this project was to show how these children were impacted directly by donations. since of the amazing reaction, we were able to collect a substantial amount of money and awareness since people were truly concerned about the cause and could see the impact of their contributions.

Web design

For Texas Tech University’s telemedicine mental health service in El Paso, Texas, which specializes in treating children and adolescents, I directed the design and content creation process. The website was made with accessibility in mind, making it easy to use for both families and medical professionals. I focused on clear, educational material that highlighted the department’s commitment to offering outstanding remote treatment.

Presentations

For a business that specializes in energy-efficient architectural and industrial projects, I created an attractive and understandable presentations. The goal was to demonstrate how their solutions improve usefulness and aesthetics while also saving energy. I used visuals in order to make the benefits easy to understand while maintaining a clear and strong message. The end product was a presentation that clearly explained why collaborating with these businesses is an excellent choice for developing high-performance, sustainable workplaces.
